What your gift provides

We believe caring for a child's physical needs and pointing them to Christ are not two separate things. A warm bed, a healthy meal, a quality education — these are the hands and feet of the Gospel. At Hope, every part of a child's life is tended to, because every part of a child matters to God.

Give the Gift of Daily Needs

One Child. One Year. Everything They Need.

Many children arrive at Hope uncertain, scared, and carrying wounds no child should have to bear. They have known instability, loss, and disappointment. Hope feels like a word that belongs to other people.

But a lot can happen in one year.

When you fully fund a child's year at Hope, you are not just meeting their physical needs. You are becoming part of their story of restoration. You are the reason they wake up in a safe home, sit in a classroom that teaches them who God is, and go to bed knowing someone believes in them.

And here is what we have seen, year after year: nearly every child who comes to Hope accepts Christ as their Savior within their first year here. They arrive broken. They begin to believe again.

One child. One year. It sounds simple. But for that child, it is everything.

For many children, Hope is where they encounter the love of Jesus for the very first time. This is where restoration begins.

Cali's Story of Hope

Cali reading outside at Hope Children's Home

When eight-year-old Cali arrived at Hope Children's Home, life had already taught her some hard lessons. She and her two sisters had been living in the woods. She arrived guarded, calloused, and focused on one thing: survival.

For the first time in a long time, she had a real bed, fresh clothes, three nutritious meals a day, and cottage parents who loved her. She was enrolled in school and finally just a kid.

And then she noticed something in the children around her. A joy she could not explain. A joy she wanted for herself.

Less than seven months after arriving, Cali placed her trust in Jesus Christ as her Savior. The girl who had learned to take whatever she could just to survive now prays every night by name for the people she loves.

A few months later, she was baptized.

She came to Hope with nothing but survival instincts. She left that old life behind and found a home, a family, an education, and Jesus.

That is what one year at Hope can do.
