Greg’s Story

In 2016, Greg and his older sister Olivia were rescued from homelessness—living in a tent in the woods—and welcomed into Hope Children’s Home.

For the last nine years, Greg has grown and thrived in a safe, loving, and faith-filled environment. With the support of Hope’s staff and donors like you, he was finally able to focus on school, improve his grades, and simply enjoy being a kid.

“When I first came to Hope, I remember being so thankful for just having a bed and a roof over my head. I could now focus on school and being a kid. Soon after coming, my grades started getting better, and I was really improving as a student and a person.”

A Message from Greg:

“Now I am looking forward to college, which is something I don’t think I would ever have been able to do without Hope. Please pray for me as I start this new chapter.”

“Thank you to anyone who has helped me along the way. I never would have made it to where I am if it wasn’t for Hope, its supporters, the wonderful staff, and God’s help!”

What’s Next for Greg: Thanks to your love, prayers, and support, Greg is planning to attend college to pursue a degree in computer science—a dream made possible by the life-changing care he received at Hope.

Maddie’s Story

Maddie arrived at Hope when she was just 8 years old, escaping a chaotic and abusive home life. Although she returned to her father’s care a few times, the instability and lack of support made it clear she needed something more.

“Hope always felt like finding my true home and family.”

Within the safety of Hope Children’s Home, Maddie found the stability, encouragement, and love she had been missing. Over the years, she has grown in confidence and faith, supported by a community that believed in her every step of the way.

A Message from Maddie:

“I am forever grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received here at Hope. To all the donors who have supported me through the years, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your generosity has provided me with a loving home, stability, and the opportunity to grow in my faith.”

“As I step into this new chapter in my life, I ask that you continue to keep me in your prayers. That means more to me than I can express, and I’m so incredibly grateful.”

What’s Next for Maddie: Today, Maddie is preparing to attend college to study accounting and finance—a dream she can now pursue because of the life-changing impact of Hope and the faithful generosity of supporters like you.
