Katelyn is one of the newest children to arrive at Hope—and she’s already stealing hearts with her sweet smile and big imagination.
At just 5 years old, she’s settling into her new home, making friends, and loving every minute of day camp.
We asked her a few fun questions to help you get to know her:
Q: If you had a pet dinosaur, what would you name it?
“If it was a girl, I would name it Happy. A boy, I would name Jesse.”
Q: What’s your favorite food?
“Spaghetti! When I was a baby, my mommy used to teach me how to cook it.”
Q: What’s your favorite part about being at Hope?
“Going to day camp and playing with all the kids. It’s a lot of fun!”
Q: What’s your favorite thing about yourself?
“I’m very nice to other people… and I can do a handstand and a split!”
